Our En-route & Arrival
The K9 Usher will communicate with you 30-60 min of their arrival. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service but if your dog has "stranger danger" aggression, we ask they be left inside during service days. This will create a smooth and efficient environment for us to take care of business
Cleaning Your Yard
The K9 Usher will start scanning the yard for dog pies and walk in specialized route, 2-3 times, to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. It may take several passes to accomplish our duty
Safety Assurance
Upon completion, our dedicated K9 Usher will capture and upload a photo of your closed gate. This step ensures that no dogs can accidentally escape from your yard while we perform our services. To further safeguard the well-being of all pets, our team members meticulously spray down all scooping equipment with a premium organic, kennel-grade disinfectant. This essential practice not only eliminates harmful germs but also prevents the spread of illness among dogs in the vicinity.
Disposal of Waste
Depending on your preference, The K9 Usher will either double bag the dog waste and dispose of it in your trashcan, or take the waste to the appropriate facility to dispose of it
